We exist to make Jesus known. We accomplish this through gospel proclamation in both word and deed.  Below are simply a few of those ministries that we own as a local Church or partner with to continue to fulfill our GC2 vision.

SERVE OUR SCHOOLS

Serve Our Schools exists to build intentional partnerships with our community schools and its leaders. This ministry has done this by collecting needed school supplies for our five partnered schools and distributing through school counselors.

Our School partnerships include

  • Sardis Enrichment School

  • Lanier Elementary School

  • Mount Vernon Exploratory School

  • Wauka Mountain Elementary School

  • Riverbend Elementary School

Serve Our Schools also seeks to foster investment and involvement directly within various schools by serving in the capacities that are a blessing and benefit to each school. These school partners include:

  • North Hall High School

  • Chestatee High School

  • East Hall Middle School

BACKPACK LOVE

Each Friday, during the school year, we partner with Lanier Elementary and prepare backpacks full of non-perishable food items that go directly to children and their families who otherwise would go without food that weekend.

Frequently needed items for backpacks include: spaghetti, pasta sauce, canned meat, ramen noodles, oatmeal, granola bars, pop tarts, grits, and macaroni. Please do not include any items that contain peanuts or any items packaged in glass containers.

For more information, please email Stephanie Austin at stephanie@corinth-baptist.com

GOOD SAMARITAN FOOD BANK

Every second Monday of each month, from 5-7pm volunteers from Corinth help out at the Good Samaritan Food Bank.  More workers are always needed ranging from counseling, praying with participants, food preparation, and contributions.

If you would like to participate or to inquire more information, please email Jackie Powers for more details at jackie@cbamissions.com

CHOICES PREGNANCY CARE CENTER

Choices Pregnancy Care Center seeks to offer a faith-based service in a compassionate, confidential atmosphere. Our partnership with Choices seeks to protect and provide for the care of life made in Christ's image.

If you would like to participate or to inquire more information, please email Andy Tymchuk for more details at andytymchuk@bellsouth.net

BEAUTIFUL FEET MINISTRIES

Beautiful Feet exists to diminish the exploitation of young women into the human trafficking industry. One out of three runaways will be trafficked within the first 48 hours. Exploitation starts as early as age 12. Every Tuesday, in partnership with BFM, a team gathers to find young women who are being trafficked in order to minister by offering avenues of sustainable living and to declare the forgiveness and hope offered in Jesus.

If you would like to inquire about this ministry please contact Kelly Greer at kelly.greer87@yahoo.com

ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE (ESL)

As portions of our community continue to diversify, we want to be a loving neighbor to those here who desire to learn English. Each Tuesday evening at 6:00 PM, our ESL Team assists participants at various stages in learning to grasp conversational English free of charge. If interested in learning more, please contact Leslie McIntyre at leslo3018@gmail.com

CHURCH PLANTING - RUSSIA

In our desire to proclaim Christ where He would otherwise not be known, we have a direct relationship with an ICP in Asia that we have partnered with for long-term international missions. At Corinth, it is our heart to have intentional and long-term investment on strategic frontiers for Gospel proclamation that we may see disciples made across the globe for the fame and glory of Jesus.

CHURCH PARTNERSHIP - DOMINICAN REPUBLIC

In our desire to proclaim Christ where He would otherwise not be known, we have a direct relationship with a church in the Dominican Republic that we have partnered with for long-term international missions. At Corinth, it is our heart to have intentional and long-term investment on strategic frontiers for Gospel proclamation so that we may see disciples made across the globe for the fame and glory of Jesus. This partnership seeks to minister to the spiritual needs and physical needs of our Dominican brothers and sisters.

MISSIONAL INTENTIONALITY

While there are many existent ministries to get connected to, we also know that God has placed each of us in a particular neighborhood, job, and more. In these places God also wants us to be intentionally on mission to love Him and our neighbor by both Gospel word and Gospel deed. As Pastors, one of our main responsibilities is seeing each member fit to live with Missional Intentionality! Let us help you do that! Ask to help you discover your Spheres of Influence and to be train in using and sharing the Gospel with the 3 Circles tool!
